At Audr, he leads product strategy and operations - ensuring everything we build is well considered.

Nikita is a personality specialist who has worked with numerous psychometrics and applies them across coaching, education and team development. His goal is to share the goodness of psychology with a wider audience, be it through workshops, podcasts, writing or stand up comedy. He is a visiting lecturer at HULT, Saïd Oxford, HEC and Kingston Business Schools, and has recently published a book, 'Personality: a user's guide'.
